This was the second time we have used this company for a home appliance repair. Once again we found them to be excellent. Friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. They correctly diagnosed what was wrong with our dishwasher, and gave us options for repair or replacement. The cost of the replacement part included the cost of fitting it, which was considerably cheaper than replacing our dishwasher so we opted for that. The engineer came the next day and did the repair making sure everything was working well with the dishwasher. Very satisfied overall. We would recommend this service.

Prompt and expert service from start to finish. They saved our family Christmas, making sure our range cooker was fixed in time for the festive holidays. Was a bit sceptical at the begining, having to bank transfer the initial appliance inspection fee, but I didn't need to worry. They are a legitimate business with great customer service. The engineer who came to us got straight to work, finding the problem and needing to order a replacement part. He then came back the next day to fit and fix - all inclusive time for Christmas 🎄. We'll use them again.

Great service from Home Needs Appliance repairs. Thought I had an issue with both my oven & hob, but after their engineer's fault finding, turns out it was caused by damp around the sockets behind oven. Amir made easy work of re-routing & re-wiring of the sockets to a safer & drier location. Very professional & friendly.

Superb company, Steven deal with my emergency fast, sent engineers to my flat to repair my fridge. After searching for parts it eas deemed no suitable anymore, arranged an excellent fridge to be delivered next day and removed an american fridge out of a 1st floor flat that it was almost impossible to get out. I cant give enough praise to this company. Extremly happy wity service. Well done
