Engineer Direct Appliance Repairs

Error code E15 on our Bosch dishwasher which google showed to be an activation of an auto cut off. Messaged EDAR on Sunday using the contact form and Sonay rang the following morning and arranged to call round the next day. Arrived on time and inside an hour the fault had been rectified. Cost less than Bosch call-out fee. Sonya’s been here before to check out problems with the dishwasher and our washerdryer and glad we kept his contact details. Would have no hesitation in recommending him, very professional and courteous.

Fan oven stopped working last night and contacted company based on their good scores and they messaged me first thing in morning. After a few exchanges identifying issue we agreed price and to come in afternoon. Sonay was friendly and professional and relaced the faulty element within 20 mins which was relief. Price seemed reasonable and also got 6 months warranty which was nice. Thanks again

Had both Washing machine and Dishwasher on the blink and had had some apprentice come in and mess everything up. I phone sonay, he came he fixed the day!! Both appliances working like brand new, took time to explain the issue and prevent. Will use again. Thank you.

Our dishwasher's heating element needed replacing. Our engineer was responsive, prompt to get a quote and quick to come over and complete the replacement. Happy with this service
