DO NOT THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY! I called them and explain the issue I had with 2 washing machines. They charged me for each as a seperate call out. The first machine, they misdiagnosed; telling me that they needed to replace the PCB, an expensive part WHICH WAS NOT FAULTY. On the second machine they made a show of cleaning out the detergent drawer (which I had thoroughly cleaned several times before they came), running a short programme and telling me they had fixed it. They demanded payment £162 before they left my property, before issuing an invoice. The very same evening, after I had paid them, I reported to them that machine 2 STIIL HAD THE SAME ISSUE. They insisted otherwise.THEY DID NOT OFFER TO RETURN TO HAVE ANOTHER LOOK, neither would they refund the fee. I had another engineer come. Machine 1 needed a simple change of wire, Machine 2 need a steam clean. Both were fixed promptly. They are unprofessional, not trustworthy and not honorable. Don't use them.

A completely fraud. The engineer came and said he can fix my samsung fridge and charged £65 saying that he needs to order spare parts. 3 days later I called the company and they say the fridge can't be fixed and told me to contact Samsung. What a fraud, disgusting engineer who became angry when I demanded my money back.

Visit made and work done quickly and efficiently. They were really transparent about costs in advance, and didn’t make unnecessary charges. The people who came round were really nice guys. It was all very reassuring.

My washing machine door seal is broken and call Appliancesfix and they immediately arrange people to my home to check and order the replacement. It is fixing now , just few days, perfect . The few days waiting is just because the delivery of the new door seal, their services is perfect and amazing .
