AA Service UK Ltd

Cultured, friendly engineer arrived on time, assessed the problem correctly (jammed lock on my washer), happened to have correct replacement, installed it, tested the washer. Quick and efficient, like you'd imagine. Highly recommend. Sorry, I forgot his name but he's Curdish from Iran. If sth brakes again I'll ask for him.

I just had a great experience with AA Service UK Ltd. They were quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue with my freezer and resolved it professionally. The engineer clearly explained the problem and provided practical tips to help prevent it from happening again in the future. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I strongly recommend them — truly great service!

I had a great experience calling Elie from AA service. She was professional, patient, and very reassuring from the moment she answered. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful situation feel much easier to handle. Her calm and friendly attitude really stood out. Excellent service—I truly appreciate the help and would gladly recommend her.

Very happy with my washer dryer install, very good service. They came and removed my old machine and installed the new one in a good amount of time. Very good pricing too. Will 100% reccomend again for future use.

Very happy with my experience having my stand mixer repaired, after searching for companies who could do the job. After the technician was initially unable to complete the repair, Tahsin attended. His communication was great, informing me 30 minutes prior to arrival so I would be available. He was able to fix both issues on site, and checked the mechanism extremely thoroughly. Would absolutely recommend using the service, and thank you again to Tahsin!
