I am so delighted that Victor from Elserve arrived to repair my Grundig Washing Machine. He was thoroughly professional as well as very polite and informative. The drum on the machine needed replacing and the machine had flooded. I really thought we were going to have to shell out on a new machine and Grundig isn’t cheap! However, the skilful engineer, Victor, spent almost two hours taking the machine apart to replace the drum. I have just completed a long wash and could not be more pleased with the result. I honestly could not recommend Elserve Appliance Repair Specialists more highly; the cost of repairing the machine was unbelievably reasonable!
