Bashtan Construction

We were extremely happy with Bashtan and would recommend them highly. We undertook a loft conversion and refurbishment in the first half of 2025 and Bashtan were excellent. Andy and his team are extremely professional and honest. They worked to a timetable and finished early. They made the entire process very straightforward for our family and any disruption was easy to navigate. Thankfully, they offered practical advice on design options and finishing. We undertook a lot of local research and found lots of similar feedback on their product. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Bashtan did renovating my Victorian house in Clapham Between The Commons, originally built in 1900. They completely transformed it into a modern, elegant home while preserving its original character. The team worked non-stop for 6 months with incredible dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Every part of the renovation was delivered to the highest standard, and the results speak for themselves. They were reliable, transparent, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality renovation work—you’ll be in great hands.

Totally unprofessional, wasted our time and really strung us alone. Constantly saying next week but then the next week came and they ghosted again. We wasted three months as they kept making excuses. I would not trust them to handle anything given their lack of responses and mismanagement.

We recently had a full back-to-brick renovation completed on our home, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that immediately put us at ease. The planning process was outstanding—every detail was clearly explained, and the team worked with us to bring our vision to life while offering helpful insights and practical solutions. One of the standout aspects of working with this company was their excellent communication. We were kept informed at every stage of the project, with regular updates and complete transparency about timelines and costs. There were no hidden surprises—everything was clearly outlined from the start, which gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the renovation. The project was completed right on schedule, a testament to their efficiency and dedication. Everybody from the Bashtan management office to the onsite team delivered to the highest standard. Before committing, we were given the opportunity to see some of their previous projects, which were absolutely stunning and gave us a real sense of what was possible. This was incredibly helpful in setting expectations and getting inspiration for our own home. We're thrilled with the final result and can’t thank the team enough for their hard work, skill, and integrity. Highly recommended!
